Our Managed Storage Service provides clients with secure, climate-controlled storage for their belongings at our Extra Space facility. Once items are loaded, our team fully locks and manages the unit to ensure maximum safety, minimizing risks associated with unauthorized access or movement of items.
The facility offers 24/7 surveillance, with monitored security footage available upon request. To maintain safety and the integrity of your belongings, the storage unit remains sealed and inaccessible during the storage period, except in emergency situations that require scheduled access with applicable service fees.
Storage includes up to 30 days at no additional charge. Extended storage beyond 30 days is available for a fixed monthly fee. Should clients request third-party movers for retrieval, a Release of Liability must be signed before keys are released.
